Anyone with a few brain cells knew this was what is in store for Government run heath care here as well.
Everything comes down to money, always has, always will. It’s being practiced here already by insurance companies they just hide it better.

Guess what, a good percentage of people will die during that checklist, which is exactly the plan. 8% die? that’s a year over year 8% increase in revenue directly showing on the bottom line, considering they’re paying their premiums up until the end.
Even back in the 1990s I knew people with horror stories about socialized medicine - it started to affect my employment in about 2004-2005 with “Romneycare” making it all right to hire offshore work teams to do health-related stuff. Medical transcription was a way to get illegal immigration’s foot into the door because you can transcribe from any location very easily and of course then you start to build up medical knowledge so you can come to the USA and actually work in a medical clinic or hospital!!! :( For pennies on the dollar, of course.
A guy I was acquainted with in 2000/2001 was an illegal immigrant from the UK. He had been living and working in the US for more than 10 years when I met him. He had been put on a waiting list in the UK to have a medical procedure for something that was killing him - and he was in a lot of pain for which he was just getting pain meds. So he got a work visa (while he could still work) and came to the US, saved up his $$ and paid for the procedure out of pocket. Problem solved! (Then he stayed here illegally and badmouthed the crap out of the USA, as well as the nice lady who was letting him live in her house. I’ve known and worked with illegal aliens over the years and it’s amazing how all of them seem to hate America even though it has saved their bacon again and again. And now this cat, if he’s still alive, is getting the socialized medicine that almost killed him in Eng1and. I would bet you $100 that he’s still complaining, too.)
Eventually socialized medicine’s solution for any health problem is going to be the same thing, right? Check some of the stories about the NHS in the UK now, where you have to have cash to pay out bribes to hospital staff if you want to live in an NHS health facility. Boris Johnson had nice things to say about the NHS after he got out of the hospital from having SARS CoV2 probably because if he hadn’t, he wouldn’t have emerged alive and he knew it.
