Baldwin is on defense again after the FBI released a forensic report that said the gun used to kill Hutchins could not be fired without pulling the trigger.
Well, duh. Guns don’t fire themselves.
Baldwin, however, continues to claim he did not pull the trigger.
“I never once said — never — that the gun went off in my hand automatically,” Baldwin told CNNLOL. “I always said I pulled the hammer back, and I pulled it back as far as I could. I never took a gun and pointed it at someone and clicked the thing.”

You can see what he’s doing here. He’s gilding the lily. In previous interviews, he didn’t qualify his answer with, “I never took a gun and pointed it at someone and clicked the thing.” Well, no one ever said he did. And he’s saying that as though that’s the only way to pull the trigger. This leaves us with this assumption…
If you believe the FBI forensics report and Baldwin when he says he pulled the hammer back as far as he could — which would be all the way back — and that the gun fired after he released the hammer, you know he pulled the trigger. Of course, he did. No, he didn’t whip out the gun, point it at poor Hutchins, and pull the trigger. But he had to have pulled the trigger and kept it depressed for the gun to fire after he released the hammer.

Baldwin needs to face consequences even if it’s millions in damages to the family.
Anyone. ANYONE, handling a firearm must check every aspect of its function and safety.
There was zero reason for having live ammunition on the set and it was Baldwin’s responsibility to know what ammo was loaded, where it came from and who procured it.
AND ..... There should have been a test firing to a secure and safe target before using on set.
AND ..... There was no need for any ammunition because film editors can add flashes, smoke, sound effects to dramatize a shooting scene.
What Baldwin did was so reckless and frankly, stupid, that it calls into question whether he ever grew an adult mind, or whether his adulthood was suspended in some sort of petulant teen state.
But the armorer looked down the barrel and didn’t see any live ammunition/s
Baldwin takes self importance to a new level. Next he has proof Pres. Trump ordered his assassination and the rust gun was supposed to explode in his hand.

However, a ‘blank’ killed Bruce Lee on a movie set and I don’t think anyone was charged? I’m sure Baldwin will use that in his defense should this EVER go to trial.*

Just about all single action revolvers of today have a transfer bar and unless you pull the trigger back which engages the transfer bar the hammer can fall but it will not cause the gun to fire. In other words, this ignorant bastard had his finger on the trigger ignoring just about every rule what you should not do with a gun, aside from not pointing it at someone unless you intend to kill them. But leave it to Alec Baldwin who I believe is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Yes. As a classic Narcissistic Persona Disorder, this is Baldwin at textbook level. Never once mentioning the hell Hutchins little boy is enduring or the rest of her family. Its all about Baldwin and how this has taken years off his life. Seriously those poor children of his. They have little if any chance of growing up to be mentally or emotionally healthy.
