He needed corrupt Establishment Dems and RINOs, laws broken in absentee balloting, Needed thousands of Mules, corrupt counters, watchers roped off 10 feet away, windows covers to prevent watchers, turnout in hundreds of precincts near 100% participation, judges to look the other way, dropbox videos destroyed, absentee ballot envelopes destroyed, nursing homes voting 100% Biden, Military voting over 85% Biden, etc... the list is amazingly long and required republican participation to exist.
