I’m reading a book now called “Shorting the Grid”. Not even halfway through it but it’s painfully obvious that the systems for paying power producers are unbelievably complex, with almost no transparency whatsoever. One graph I’ve already seen shows that payment for power produced is only a tiny portion of their revenue stream.
