There is no justification for the FIB.
It was formed on July 26, 1908 by executive order. There is nothing about an FIB in the Constitution, and no law passed by congress forming it.

The FBI may be the Gestapo, but Joe isn't in charge...nor is any other politician.
The permanent government--the Deep State--is in charge.
We know this because they put Joe in office. Joe could have never achieved this on his own. The presidency was handed to him on a silver platter by someone/some group who knew Joe was mentally incapable of getting in the way. Joe was chosen. He is nothing but a figurehead. Like a mafia storefront.
And it isn't Obama who is in charge. After all, Obama himself was groomed by someone or some group starting a very long time ago (politicians don't groom people like that...parties don't groom people over such a long time).
Whoever it was that groomed Obama is who is in charge and that would be the Deep State or some tentacle of it.
