It would be a lot of photoshop work to duplicate a full credit report, IMO. And say that’s still not your bag. Then I’d just require the FULL lease term in advance. They gripe about that, and I’d add a 25% of lease security deposit, too.

I know it happens. Husband’s ex shrew reversed the numbers on her W2 (well her new husband did) to make it look like she was earning 25K and not 52K as a CPS worker.
