Ukraine may be be mostly unoccupied, but it is not unscathed.
The government may be *functioning*, but only with foreign capital, the EU portion of which is being reconsidered.
Define halted? Other commentators describe rotation and resupply while advances continue elsewhere, as does consolidation.
Does the occupation of Canada by forces loyal to the WEF concern you as much?
