Somehow I don’t believe the left is concerned at all.
Nationally, state and federal courts acted collectively and treasonously to cover up the massive global election coup of 2020, just to make sure Trump and American voters were stomped out.
And they did it without hesitation or deliberation.
The US Constitution is no longer viably in play.

What they include is so general, it gives them authority to tear just about anyplace apart.
They are seldom contested for being "non-specific".
Here is a case where the non-specificity of the drug warrants is being contested.

Note that the 4th amendment requires a sworn oath to obtain permission to seize, etc, anyone’s stuff. The person doing all that swearing will come up early in the process. If the name isn’t there Trump wins and gets damages, hands down. From what I’m seeing there is panic in the land of the beltway.
