I don’t think it’s never. Its a much high bar, but it’s not never. In this case these are govt officials accusing Trump of crimes he didn’t commit (and they know it as they have set him up) so I think its a go. Now finding a judge and jury—that’s another story. I think Trump did file defamation suits against CNN and Hillary.
