Agree it’s long past time to shut this crap down. We have stood by too long and let these crazies pull down the country. They just keep pushing the envelope because they see no downside to their actions. It’s time that there were some. A class action lawsuit for violation of the equal protection clause seems like a great place to start.
A class action suit mainly rewards the Plaintiffs’ attorneys with a settlement that provides generous attorneys fees. Many times, the settlement allows the Defendants to deny liability. If the White students want to make a real statement - make it with their feet. There must be decent colleges that treat all students equally rather than equitably. So long as the White students allow themselves to be marginalized, and continue to pay tuition, there is no incentive for the University to change.
