A class action suit mainly rewards the Plaintiffs’ attorneys with a settlement that provides generous attorneys fees. Many times, the settlement allows the Defendants to deny liability. If the White students want to make a real statement - make it with their feet. There must be decent colleges that treat all students equally rather than equitably.
