Putin has launched an undeclared war, invaded a peaceful neighboring country, killed thousands of civilians, allowed Russian war crimes, shelled / fire-bombed urban centers, and seized territory. Oh, and he is also denying the legitimacy of the existence of an independent Ukrainian state and Ukrainian people.

So, he has that much in common with Hitler.

But he hasn't declared war on most of the civilized world, so there's that difference between him and Hitler.

However, even Hitler didn't threaten nukes if he didn't get his way!

So why are we continuing to throw BILLIONS at a proxy war?

Because every Russian warplane, warship, tank, etc. which the Ukrainians capture, disable, or destroy is one less threatening America and her allies.
