I spent first 20 years of my life in India using water, never saw a toilet paper until arriving in USA. It felt lot cleaner using water instead of using dry paper.
The Toto Washlet. I have one. Never going back to using wads of toilet paper. I have calculated that after 3 years the thing has paid for itself in toilet paper savings. It is also more sanitary.
