You are so full of shit. The minute you said that to the Obiden gestapo, your FFL, would be revoked and they WOULD find an error somewhere in your files to either fine you or jail your dumbass or both.
The Obiden group has already voided the FFL’s for over 500 licensee’s for clerical errors made by the customers filling out their paperwork. Previously, the BATF goon handed the FFL licensee a pencil and said fix it…not anymore, just like this article shows.
These tools aren’t playing around and they don’t suffer peons (their view of gun dealers) well. Read the article, if you can, and feel the contempt this woman thinks about gun owners.
Thankfully there are 2A organizations going after this abuse, but until we replace the current occupant of the White House we’re, gun owners, FFL holders are going to have a tough row to hoe. Courts move extremely slow for the FFL’s that need the courts intervention.
Inspection yes, obvious mass recording no. It is black letters law that they may not assemble a list of gun owners. They have been violating that in many ways. This was not legitimate behavior.
I used to work for the government, and we were never allowed to take such evidence with our own equipment.
I am saying fight them with their own rules.
In a case some years ago, the Supreme Court ruled that you may not file on someone who lied on the 4473 because it would violate the 5th Amendment, the right against self-incrimination.

People have been saying for years the government IS creating one - AGAINST FEDERAL STATUTE, BTW. And, the government, FBI and ATF lie about. THIS! just confirms it. Other stories I’ve seen about this particular instance is that the reason she used her own personal phone on it is because it had an app on it that could convert the information snapped to textual information. LIARS! CRIMINALS!
What the SloJo. BATF AND FBI are doing is to find some infraction of paperwork at a gun store and cancel its license. On closing down all records have to be sent to BATF so big list of gun owners is obtained by the feds.

True. And it used to be, after a certain time period the FFL’s (not sure if its 10 or 20 years), was supposed to destroy their transfer records. Now, they demand them from day 1 of issuance of their FFL!!!
