My husband has developed a cough that won’t go away. And the doctors he has seen find no reason for it.
I use this 5 times every week, and it has kept me away from colds, coughs, flu, covid, and fevers for at least 15 years.
I do not run on treadmill, coz it could hurt my knee joints.
By the way I am 82 years old and feel same energy as I had at age 42.
