We had Weld, Celluci, Swift, Romney, and Baker. The best RINOS that money can buy.
They want buildings to be heated in the winter by solar panels and cooled in the summer by wind turbines
If that is possible, and desirable, why not produce steel and other construction materials using solar panel and wind turbine energy and get rid of fossil fuels entirely?
btt
Well this ought to be interesting...
Just keep rehabbing old buildings. That's what they do in Boston anyway.

Idiots and the gullible being ‘manipulated’ by the power seekers will believe everything they are told right up to the moment the water begins to boil ...
Developers should take their business elsewhere!
Funny thing, as inefficient as those old incandescent bulbs were if you think of them a small space heaters with the added benefit of making light they are potentially fantastic for places where you may run your central heat a large part of the year. After all, heat is heat.
Whereas their environmental load here in Texas where we may be running the air conditioner most of the year — load: when you consider all an air conditioner must do to rid your home of that 90-ish percent of heat the bulbs produce out of electricity used (as opposed to half for an LED) so if your A/C has an EER of 3 (good) the final environmental load of a 90 watt bulb is something like 118-ish watts vs 25-ish for a comparable LED — is worse than you might think.
But as far as I know you can easily get incandescents here in Texas but maybe not so easily where the Environmentalists are apparently ruling the roost.
No electricity allowed from coal or NG then.
If Boston wants to “ban old fossil fools” from New buildings then they should ban any Democrat from entering.
That would solve the problem.
Ban building anything in Boston.
Mass doesn’t get any Quebec Hydro. We almost did but the politicians killed the project.
