A federal judge in Georgia has rejected the effort by Sen. Lindsey Graham R-SC to avoid testifying before a special grand jury in Georgia, which is investigating Donald Trump's efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss.
"[T]he Court finds that the District Attorney has shown extraordinary circumstances and a special need for Senator Graham’s testimony."
Was this a real judge or a Democrat one?

They (the minority left) are mad about Trump going to upright an overturned election.
It is not over. November is coming and lindsey will ride in the back if he is still in the car.
Long past time to end reports involving a judge’s ruling omitting the judge’s name. We are clearly long past the ideal of equal treatment under the law, and we need to know the background of those making these rulings.

I think they just want to put Graham under some oath, and anything that he says...might be used later against him.
All it does is inflame people to feel the legal system has failed.
Of all the fraudulent Trump investigations trying to indict him for pointing out to GA’s SoS that because of the narrow margins an honest accounting of the votes is critical is perhaps the most hilarious.
Typical Feral “judge”. The American ALWAYS loses in their kangaroo courts. The blacks are right. The Justus system in this country is a friggin’ joke.
In the transcript I read, Trump said “I need to find x votes...” he didn’t say “Y’all need to find x votes”. The actual stated words are hardly surprising, anyone who had lost an election by a close margin in those circumstances might have said the same thing. Fani Willis is insinuating, along with most of the media, that Trump uttered the second version. Unfortunately, having practiced law in GA for 22 years, I think a Fulton County Grand Jury may be made up of folks who do not know the difference. So, you get indictments. Then you get an acquittal by a jury or a directed verdict for the defendants from a judge.
Flimsey will be leading the charge for amnesty next year after we re-elect Amnesty Senators Hoeven and Rubio.
