Colorado has really gone down the tubes thanks to the libs.
It’s the legalized dope. Everyone knows it, including those whose addictions cause them to compulsively lie.
Isn’t a ‘Crime Tsunami’ exactly what the liberals wanted?

I moved away because a family member was railroaded when he was defending his property.
They went after HIM with far more gusto than the Meth Head addicts that were robbing his place.
Will it or will it not give us the senate seat? Our candidate said something negative about Trump rennin in the last few days.
Win it and we win the governors office as well. A bridge too far?
Prolly bong related thought processes at work...
Yes.
Denver’s top prosecutor - Soros funded - Beth McCann is notorious for her refusal to prosecute the 9News security guard who shot and killed Lee Keltner during a 2020 conservative peaceful rally. ..

Guess what retarded legislation brings about? So what were they expecting... utopia? sunshine, pepperment sticks, and telebellies?
Alex: Which City has the most increasing crime of late?
Contestant: Chicago?
Alex: Bzzzz. The answer is Denver, Colorado.
Contestant: Guess I should TRY to sell my cabin in Vail.
These Democrat dumps stole from future residents and are now determined to steal from Red state residents via the Federal government.
You mean if you’re nice to criminals they commit more crimes??
Who on earth could have foreseen that?
Democrat areas are not holding repeat criminals, who perpetuate crimes, accountable..

“In 2014, for instance, Colorado lawmakers downgraded penalties for the theft of vehicles worth less than $20,000.”
Amazing. The penalties should be HIGHER for the cheaper cars, those victims often don’t have multiple cars, often only have liability insurance so no coverage for theft of vehicle, and don’t have the resources to just go out and buy another car at the drop of a hat, except for the “Buy Here, Pay Here, Get Screwed Here” places.
Democrats are making sure the lower class suffers more car thefts while the upper-middle and upper classes get hit less. The upper half tend to have garages, full insurance, better auto security due to better vehicles, etc.

There are still plenty of great places to live in Colorado, like most states.
When I lived there in the late 70’s, the whackjobs were pretty much confined to Boulder.
I'd like to know more about this:
Last year, as part of a “criminal justice reform” effort, the Colorado legislature amended the Colorado Criminal Code to allow many convicted felons — including drug dealers and car thieves — to possess guns. The move to rearm convicted felons was supported by the state’s Democratic attorney general, Philip Weiser,
Dangerous felons can have guns — thanks partly to Phil Weiser.. The attorney general is a voting member of CCJJ and ... Colorado’s legislature passed the massive overhaul of sentencing for .. including the decriminalization of gun possession by those convicted of committing serious crimes...
On March 12, 2021, the Colorado Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice (CCJJ) formally met and discussed recommending a bill to revise sentencing and offenses.
The bill, ultimately titled Misdemeanor Reform, also snuck in a major change to the felony charge of Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender. Under the old law, convicted felons could not lawfully possess firearms. The new law, supported by Weiser, decriminalized possession of firearms for tens of thousands of convicted felons — including those convicted of drug dealing, aggravated car theft, business burglary and organized crime.

Thanks for that. In some cases I support previous offenders regaining their RKBA. I bet this won’t square with federal law.
