Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable Jury Member would vote guilty in such a case. Jury Members necessarily weigh a number of factors before voting. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past.

Also given the track record of the FBI over the past few years, this case maybe laughed out of court before being presented to a Jury.........

Never happen. The DS is after Trump and next his supporters and there is no going back or letting up—it’s all or nothing. This is the coup d’é·tat, and if they fail the entire DS goes down. Nothing will stand in their way of a complete take over.
