Former Trump national security staffer Kash Patel called in with Martha Maccallum on FOX News on Friday to react to the release of the warrant used by the FBI to search President Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort home.
"If he says something is declassified, that's it, it is declassified," Patel explained. "He declassified a whole set of documents that should have come out... That's on the National Archives to sort that material out... Even if it was classified, they'll never meet the burden of intent because the president didn't pack it up and take it out himself, the G.S.A. has said they did it and they made a mistake."

All any President needs to do is say, these documents are declassified. End of story... period. The President doesn’t need to write it down, he doesn’t even need to tell anyone. If the President says it’s declassified... move on, no story here. There are no clear procedures for the President to Declassify anything.

What does it say about the Biden DOJ taking a 1.5 years to recover Top Secret information that is so valuable to National Security. And when they finally do get a Search Warrant on a Friday, they take the weekend off before conducting the Search.
Then the safe is EMPTY HaHaHa. And the documents are all Declassified.
You Dems have nothing but egg on your face. When Republicans have control in January we move for the immediate impeachment of Attorney General Garland and FBI Director Wray. What an outrageous display of overreach.
You would think he would have told the folks at NARA, because they weren’t aware of that.
The MSM-Democrats didn’t think PDJT was ever actually President, and never accepted him as holding that office.
Therefore everything he did during his time in the White House was illegal. He didn’t have the right to declassify anything, for the simple reason that he was not the President. Therefore the documents he declassified are still classified.

Ask Peter Strzok what his "insurance policy" was at keeping Trump out of office.
According to Brett Baier on Fox, Trump cannot just “wave a wand” and declare papers declassified but there is a process that has to be followed with a paper trail.

Probably expects underlings to do all that for him. But why would the NARA think the President would have documents he wasn't entitled to have when he was entitled to have all of them?

None of this matters. Trump’s innocence is not part of the mix.
Garland will indict Trump, arrest and cuff him like they did Navarro, ankle cuffs, 500 armed FIBs surrounding him.
The process is waving the wand.
There is no requirement that the President notify a librarian of anything. Up to the librarian to figure out what his job is.

Garland is a highly placed criminal. Just like the other Democrats...ALL OF THEM.
But how does every other President get their stuff cleared by NARA, and Trump cannot manage it? It’s not like this is an unusual process.
It seems like everyone around him is incompetent. When I start hearing that, it brings back memories of Captain Queen.
