The warrant that authorized the search of former President Donald Trump’s residence at Mar-a-Lago shows it was issued by U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart on Aug. 5, 2022, at 12:12 p.m.—nearly three full days before the Justice Department and FBI conducted a raid to execute it.
The raid did not occur until the morning of Aug. 8, 2022, when federal agents from the FBI arrived at Mar-a-Lago to execute the search warrant.
The document, obtained and reviewed by Breitbart News, shows that the DOJ and FBI waited several days after Reinhart approved the warrant to conduct the raid, something that severely undercuts the talking points issued by Attorney General Merrick Garland in a public statement on Thursday when he broke his silence to discuss the matter in televised remarks. Why the authorities waited several days to execute service of the warrant if the matter rose to such a serious national security issue is unclear. If what federal agents intended to obtain from the raid was such a risk to national security, the fact they decided to linger and wait for several days before executing is likely to become a major point of contention as this debate plays out in front of the public.

Maybe they were hoping to catch Trump when he was at Mar-a-Largo so they could have a shoot-out...took them 3 days to find out that he wasn’t going to be there any time soon.
Found this gem on Wikipedia.
“Garland insisted on being sent to Oklahoma City in the aftermath of the attack, in order to examine the crime scene and oversee the investigation in preparation for the prosecution.[27] He represented the government at the preliminary hearings of the two main defendants, Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols.[27] Garland offered to lead the trial team, but could not because he was needed at the Justice Department headquarters. Instead, he helped pick the team and supervised it from Washington, D.C., where he was involved in major decisions, including the choice to seek the death penalty for McVeigh and Nichols”
Read between the lines on THAT one. Offered to lead the team on a critical case, but they told him “hey, actually, you’re really needed in DC”. LOL
He’s always been a tool
It's really hard to believe this entire thing as they're presenting it. A lot of disconnects and assumptions.
They didn't want the optics of the President at his home when the FBI raided it. They would not have been able to bully the people there, like refusing to show the warrant, demanding the cameras be turned off, shooing people away, if Trump and his full Secret Service detail were there asserting limits on the FBI's presence.

I wonder if other judges turned down this warrant before they went to that magistrate.
Rgere ya have it!
Notice. The crap that went on before this who thing went down.
87 thousand agents of the treasury dept to be released upon the American middle class. Biden has to GTF out of dodge. And now, times up, time to raid a former presidents home.
AND the warrant was reported to have been refused by a federal judge so they went to a magistrate to have it signed off on. A corrupted magistrate to boot.
They were timing it for August 8th because that’s the anniversary of the day President Nixon resigned in 1974.
Think Marilyn Monroe...JFK......FBI.....RFK.
Timing is everything.....
Where are all the wronged men or women from Garland's past, when are they going to show up in the media making statements about what kind of weird stuff he pulled when he was 25 or so, like marinating and barbecuing strangled cats in his dorm room at Yale Law School and passing it off as chicken or something? Where are they?
I think President Trump and his family prefer to be in New Jersey during the summer months, since Southern Florida gets much hotter. He may have been long gone before the warrant was approved.
My guess is that they had to wait to serve the warrant so all of the DC FIB folks could all come down and supervise everything. They didn’t trust the local branch personnel to do the job, or maybe they didn’t want to tell them what they are really doing.
I assume it takes a while to requisition a govt plane, get the goon squad lined up, have a fleet of SUVs, etc.
They are living at Bedminster, NJ for the summer.
So, that’s not it at all.
Seems many things about the raid started long ago to the point that there may not be an election in November because the Soros/Obozo White House will not allow President Trump’s associates to be elected including Congressional Candidates.
To begin with Pelosi’s pointless trip to Asia had specific issues. She may have arranged for the CCP to make major issues with Taiwan and other US Interests to be put under attack to offset the Election. Next we have the Raid on Trump’s Home where the FBI refused to allow Trump’s Attorneys to be present and all cameras to be turned off so forged secret docs could be inserted that would attempt to implicate Trump as a law breaker. This would be the equivalent to Trump committing a felony and that is what the J6 Committee needs to stop Trump. In essence a two pronged situation could exist against President Trump; the Chinese issue and the Raid.
These days a lot of laws are seldom enforced. We don't have the rule of law, we have the rule of lawyers.
yep
everybody skedaddled
garland didnt get the memo and was left holding the bag
i bet he tried to call Joey Bananas and was told he was unavailable
They waited until the 8th because they wanted the raid to coincide with the day Nixon left office.
Remember how quickly the Trump supporters arrived on Monday to show support?
How much quicker might they have been getting there if it were a Saturday or Sunday?
Remember these “people” are afraid of Trump supporters. Why else come out to play with guns loaded and fully armored?
