Who ordered the raid on Waco? Probably the same person ordered both. The person who gave the order was Janet Reno. Reno was almost certainly ordered to do so by Hillary Clinton.

It was Clinton’s Attorney General that took the blame...er.. responsibility for the Waco Massacre.
