Yes, indeed. Among other things for which impeachment has been discussed. This raid will give the press cover to turn his own scandals into supposed Trump / GOP scandals if the House starts to investigate those other issues...may even prefer the House investigate this raid vs. all of those other issues to muddy the waters.

He seems to be really sensitive to the anti-FBI rhetoric in Post. We don’t need the GOP to take this guy down he’s telling us. Every chance we get take the FBI down. Every post you get a chance the FBIsucks. He just gave us a big big tell.

It was a Federal Magistrate Judge. Think entry level on the judge scale. Garland should have gotten a Chief Judge, since he was a judge in DC I bet he knew one and knew they wouldn’t sign off on it.
The warrant isn’t the only thing needed.
The Affidavit for a Search Warrant is necessary to explain the evidence of probable cause to search Trump’s residence.
So you need BOTH the ORIGNAL, UNDOCTORED Affidavit AND the ORIGNAL, UNDOCTORED Warrant to show whether the search was valid.
Again the ONLY validity would be reasonable proof of PROBABLE CAUSE of a crime.
What he is really saying is that Trump is free to release the warrant. But without the Affidavit, the warrant is next to useless.
This is one of those cases (among many these days) where the government says one thing, intentionally allowing people to believe it means one thing...but it really means nothing.
These are sad times we are living in.
Who knows if it is the same search warrant. It could have been doctored AFTER unpacking the boxes confiscated from Trump’s house.

Yup. And the fact that Trump’s attorneys were NOT allowed inside makes the raid that much more suspect.
Well, Trump was always free to release the warrant, minus the affidavit which they did not have.

The boxes were supposed to identify the contents, and numbered for chain of custody purposes.
