Here’s a list I’ve been keeping.

1. The Presidents have conducted acts of war on foreign soils without a declaration of war and without approval of war from Congress, rendering the military independent of and superior to the civil power.
2. The federal government has a long-standing policy directed at disarming private citizens while militarily arming the once most peaceful of government agencies who now commit acts of terrorism, tyranny, and cruelty.
3. The government has ordered and allowed its operatives to conduct actions in foreign nations that are unlawful in those nations and these united States.
4. There exist secret federal courts and courts favorable only to the federal government that provide warrants and actions against the people.

8. The right of the people to keep and bear arms in defense of themselves, their families, and their property has been infringed. The federal government has a stated position that firearm ownership is a privilege subject to termination. Many firearms have been banned or sizeable taxes levied for ownership by private citizens, while the standing armies and law enforcement agencies of the government enjoy their use.
9. The government has plundered the incomes of the people by taxing their incomes beyond their ability to pay and still maintain a standard of living equal to the efforts of their labors.
10. There exists taxation without representation. Taxes are collected in states for representation and benefit in other states, and countries, without representation or benefit from whom the taxes were collected.

Each party requires its party members to vote according to party policy or else face sanctions in the form of loss of financial support for election campaigns and denial of important posts beneficial to themselves and their constituents.
22. The people are denied equal opportunity to campaign for public office as two dominant political parties control the majority of private and public funding necessary for campaigning and have established rules for candidacy that prohibit equal representation.
23. The two dominant political parties deny alternative party candidates equal access public funds that they enjoy and to public forums through construction of prohibitive election campaign laws and regulations.
24. The right to petition the government has been eroded as to be ineffective. Congress and state’s assemblies have abandoned the concept “one soul one vote” for the passage of laws, preferring to accept bribes that control their voting behavior.
25. Citizens cannot readily have an audience of their representatives while those with large sums of money have ready access and political privileges.
26. Governments have prohibited the public expression of traditional Christian acts, texts, and symbols, and in some places, even banned the assembly for worship.

51. The government has removed our currency basis in gold and silver and created a system of fiat currency created and controlled by private enterprise that has eroded our monetary holdings through money laundering and unwarranted national debt. The members of the private federal reserve system refuse service to those people that do not adhere to their politics beliefs.
