Don't know all the facts here, but I can bet the perp was a feral typical, and I believe it will be soon that people will become vigilantes, because the "woke" police, courts, and elites allow lawlessness to go un-prosecuted, or un-punished, or both.

Stupid. You leave your car running at a Memphis gas station in 2022, that’s on you. You are basically offering it up for free. Friend of mine used to grab a handful of various caliber shell casings from the discard boxes at the range we used to use.
He'd take 6 or 7 45’s, couple 38’s and some 357mags-whatever he found-and throw them around some of the dicier neighborhoods intersections that he passed through on the his home.
I never heard if anything came of it but I think about that everytime there's a shooting in town and the police are all over the news putting those stuipid little tents over the spent cartridges.
