I think Trump was honestly naive about many things prior to being elected and experiencing the swamp first hand. Now he understands that the swamp will use nearly every instrument of power to destroy their foes, and there is absolutely nothing to gain by providing them more ammo by testifying to anything.

I wasn’t really thrilled the first time I voted for President Trump. I was just voting against the Clintoon. After watching Trump in action, he’s up there on my “best presidents” list. Naive is the correct word for him when it comes to being a politician. Fighting in the business world is a hell of a lot different than fighting in a garbage dump full of crap-eating politicians known as Washington D.C. I had planned on going into politics myself once I got out of the Army. Not doing so was the best decision I ever made in my life. Being a dog eat dog, scum sucking politician went against ALL of my values. Trump isn’t a politician. He’s a businessman and a damn good one at that. IMHO.
