A judge already ruled Trump cant nullify another presidents executive order. I believe that only applies to Trump though.
That doesn’t seem right to me
An equal authority can cancel out another authority’s laws. The Supreme Court can cancel out a previous Supreme Court ruling. Congress can cancel Congressional laws. The President can cancel out previous EO’s.
The judge has made his ruling. Let him enforce it.
to paraphrase Andrew Jackson
It's like a real-life game of Jeopardy. Instead of a vowel, in real-life you buy a judge.
Regarding that, Congress controls the jurisdiction of ALL inferior federal courts. The FIRST law passed should be one which withdraws executive orders from inferior court jurisdiction and places it with ONLY the Supreme Court. THEN, the new president can scrap every earlier existing order that created the foundation for the administrative state, fire those involved, and then dismantle it and sell off the real estate.
