That’s one sharp lawyer. He’s completely correct- this is a setup. Funny how an investigation into alleged attempts to overturn an election is itself interfering in an election.

IMO this is interference in a state election, something that is constitutionally not within the jurisdiction of the federal government (am i wrong?).
