This is just anecdotal, but I think it is worth posting.
My wife is fighting stage-4 cancer almost 5 years. Her immune system is highly compromised from 100+ treatments of chemo, radiations and Keytruda. Her and I did 5 cruises in the last 10 months. She has to go to cancer treatment clinics every 3 weeks. The clinic is always crowded with patients and staff. We also go to restaurants often. She had 4 jabs of covid vaccines so far, with no side effects from the jabs, and here is the kicker, she never got infected with covid!
With your travels, her medical needs it seems like you/her
