Sure it would. It would hurt like hell. Kicking a person anywhere will hurt. But for men a good hit will be completely disabling. In fact, kick hard enough to sufficiently stun the Vagus nerve and a man hit in the groin will stop breathing. So you wouldn't want to kick too hard.
