North Korea has offered to send 100,000 soldiers to bolster Russia’s invasion attempt in Ukraine, Russian state TV has claimed.
The pariah state’s offer of military assistance could not be immediately verified, but it was seized upon by Russian defense pundit Igor Korotchenko
There are reports that 100,000 North Korean volunteers are prepared to come and take part in the conflict,” Korotchenko said on Russian Channel One.
Korotchenko was notably interested in what he called the North Korean’s “wealth of experience with counter-battery warfare” — a telling remark given reports of Ukraine’s long-range artillery success since acquiring US-made HIMARS rocket systems in June

Probably BS. But if this was to go through, North Korea would get wheat and oil from Russia. Not all 100,000 soldiers will survive the war but if 1/2 of them make it back, they will be combat hardened.

Nothing says “our fight is just” like having north korea on your side!
Why not? Why not Chinese weapon reserves. Why not Chinese soldiers? It would be every bit as justified as the US getting involved in Ukraine. No attack on us, no attack on NATO, no NATO Charter authorization to be arming the Ukrainians with the most effective weapons, and in quantity, the world has ever seen. The Koreans would be as justified as our sending half a million men to Iraq. No attack on them, no attack on us. No justification on our or their part.

Like Castro sending 40k troops to Angola. We should have sunk the troop carriers right off Africa. Castro owed the Soviets big time and the troop ships left at night. Cuban people would not be able to handle it. It was Ford and Carter in charge at the time.
