A jury in Austin ordered Alex Jones to pay $4.1 million to the parents who lost children in the 2012 shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School who sued the InfoWars host for defamation.
Jones was sued by the parents after the radio host and conspiracy theorist said the Sandy Hook massacre, the deadliest mass shooting at a U.S. elementary school, was “completely fake” and a “giant hoax” during a 2017 radio show. Opening statements and testimony for the trial began last week, and the jury broke for deliberations on Wednesday.

Criminal matters. Putting them in civil courts is wrong. The standard of evidence is too low for one.
The actual damages are, I believe, $4.1 million for each of the two defendants. By awarding the damages the jury found that Jones did defame the Sandy Hook families when he said the shootings were faked and all the rest.
There is a different justice system that the left is judged.
Didn’t Sandman just lose his defamation case because the media was just offering their opinion?

He made statements of fact, not opinion. There is a major difference in those two things.
To be honest, there isn’t a person on the right that has the guts to go after leftists for the horrid things they say and do. There also aren’t many fair courts left that will go after them.
The left wins because they are mean and nasty and have no sense of decency.
The only way to deal with that is like fighting fire with fire and that won’t happen.

The left have lost plenty of defamation cases to conservatives in court, a lot of them posted on here. Look it up.
What crime did he commit?
If Jones is a “conman” what are the hosts on “The View” who called Gov DeSantis a “homicidal sociopath”?
High Hewitt mentioned today that Jones could sue his lawyers for mistakenly handing the evidence over.

Obviously, not enough big cases like the one with Sandmann. Sandmann had no power, he was a kid, that one was kind of a no brainer for a win.
Many of the cases the left is bringing are not defamation cases. They are cases with trumped up charges or set ups against political opponents that are criminal cases. Our guys, with the exception of RINOs who collude with RATs, never do that.
