Meijer may have survived this primary, in spite of his impeachment vote, except for the fact that that was not the only strike against him.
He was elected as MAGA candidate and then voted with the Dims on nearly everything, not just the impeachment question. It was easy to show he was not the Representative the voters thought they elected.
