Eh...I love the people I work with, they treat me with such deference and respect, besides being genuinely hard working and fun people. I made the choice to continue working until we finish two major projects, which could take up to two years the way things are going now.
There is a lot behind it that I am sacrificing myself for, specifically mandatory virus-inoculation related (in a medical environment) but I made that promise and will stick to it. Perhaps to my detriment, but I have lived a long and wonderful life. If it kills me, so be it. I gave my word.
Maybe they’ll have their moment of clarity and the stupid vaccinations will cease to be an issue. I have a friend in the medical field who was going to be let go, but she produced a religious exemption and is still working. Her exemption wasn’t a lie.
I hope you have lots of blue jay friends at your house that will entertain you like the ones at work have. Who knew they had such varied personalities!
