I am quite surprised Paul wasn’t able to grease enough palms to make this go away. Good for Jesse if he’s the reason this didn’t ‘disappear’.
Do we know who the injured party was? That might be the key...cuz you’re surely right....it could have just gone away.
Must have greased them.....till now.......when Jesse stood his ground.
The problem is his accident involved an other driver. If he ran in to a ditch the authorities may have been willing to look the other way. Just a guess from what I've read. The guy was slightly toasted.
