By your definition, only Adam and Eve and their direct decedents still living in the garden of Eden would qualify as “native,” and only if God agrees.
Every other human being went somewhere from someplace else.

I am made of dirt and water, as you and the Tahitians are.
The Tahitians claim they are “native” to Hawaii based on the time they have been there.
Time has nothing to do with their claim.
They did not originate on Hawaii.
They are only some people who came there by boat.

The plants were the first natives. And they really were ‘Green’.
Adam and Eve were interlopers.
And this would be a good reason to eliminate most of the humans from the planet.
