With a 137-10 2022 midterm primary record (93%) to date, former President Donald Trump tapped a trio of Missouri incumbent House Republicans with his coveted endorsement Saturday, just days before Tuesday's final primary vote.
Trump threw his considerable political clout behind Reps. Sam Graves, R-Mo.; Blaine Luetkemeyer, R-Mo.; and Jason Smith, R-Mo.
"Congressman Jason Smith is a fantastic representative and a relentless fighter for the people of Missouri's 8th Congressional District!" Trump wrote in a Save America PAC statement posted to Truth Social. "As the lead Republican on the Budget Committee, Jason is working hard to stop the Democrats' reckless spending, lower your taxes, advance 'America First' trade, secure the border, and hold Joe Biden and the radical left accountable for their ongoing failures.
"Jason Smith is a respected member of Congress, and he has my complete and total endorsement!"
Graves was also hailed by Trump as a "fearless advocate" for America first policies.
"Congressman Sam Graves is a phenomenal representative of the people of Missouri's 6th Congressional District!" Trump's Truth Social statement read. "A sixth-generation farmer, Sam is a conservative fighter who works hard to secure the border, support our veterans, strengthen the military, protect life, defend the Second Amendment, and promote American agriculture and our incredible farmers.
"Sam Graves is a fearless advocate for our 'America First' movement, and he has my complete and total endorsement!"
Luetkemeyer was also hailed by Trump has one that will fight to lower the cost gas caused by "Joe Biden's disastrous agenda."
"Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer is a proven conservative who is a tremendous representative of Missouri's 3rd Congressional District!" Trump posted to Truth Social.

Thus far, those are the only Republican candidates in the state of Missouri to be endorsed by Trump in his midterm primary election cycle, according to Ballotpedia. The voting ends Tuesday as Missouri is one of a number of states to hold their primaries on that day.
These are all incumbents and do not need Trumps endorsements. 😆
Newsmax lol
If they didn’t need his endorsement, why in the world would they be beholden to him?
They owe him nothing.
Not just incumbents but utterly safe ones at that. Funny that he skipped over the 1 incumbent who may not be as safe (Wagner). He also skipped the 2 open seats which may have contested primaries and therefore no obvious winner. Can’t risk the winning percentage?
Why skip the chance to make a meaningful endorsement?
CTE will push these patriots over the line.
Chronic traumatic encephalopathy?
Pretty weird take.
Watch the Norton/Moolenaar race in the MI-02 Tuesday. Trump endorsed Moolenaar is even with Norton. Trump almost always endorses establishment with healthy campaign coffers.
Complete and Total Endorsement.
Wagner needs to go. Complete RINO.
I’ve never been sold on Wagner either, and I realize that ACU ratings aren’t the *only* thing to judge a candidate by, but:
Leutkemeyer: 80
Graves: 83
Wagner: 80
Those seem like three peas in the same pod. Is Salvatore a solid conservative? He’s the only challenger to Wagner with any chance to prevail over her in the primary, as the other 2 seem like non-entities.
Jason Smith has gone swampy and was my rep up until this year when redistricting happened. There’s only one person running against him, a libertarian with zero money and no name recognition so Smith is a safe bet.
No endorsement for Blunt’s potential replacement I notice. Not a safe bet.
What a stupid game.
Norton seems like a solid conservative (but so do lots of people, in a GOP *primary*) and we already know what Moolenaar is. If Norton — who hasn’t got a dime to spend — wins this primary that would be one hell of a coup.
Speaking of Missouri, since there’s no obvious winner Trump hasn’t seen fit to make an endorsement in the open 4th and 7th districts, both of which should be safe for whoever wins the primary, which makes the primary that much more important.
This was a real chance for Trump to be a “kingmaker” instead of playing it safe. The 7th district has an obvious conservative running (Burlison) so why not pick him? Is ex-NHLer Soupy Campbell the real deal in district 4? If MY endorsement meant anything to anyone, I think I’d try to find out.
A real “kingmaker” doesn’t just go around anointing those who ALREADY are wearing a crown.
The senate is pretty important too so you’d think he’s go ahead and pick one of the Erics and have a rally here.
