Apparently the bill does outlaw possession of LAWs even though some on this thread have said otherwise.

I had to read the statement a few times until differences clicked myself.
They intentionally make this crap as confusing as possible to trip people up. I’ve known many moderates and conservatives that thought the 94 AWB was about full auto.
This time a good chunk think the same. It’s insanely frustrating, but the entire thing is designed to get as many gun owners in jail or banned from owning as possible.
