Yang appears to be the front runner at this early juncture, but I think you’re right that the Lizard will jump to exploit any opportunity to stay in the political area. She’s a rank opportunist with an ego the size of Big Sky Country.

They are the “Extreme Moderates”, what used to be called the “undecided”.
They’re undecided because they have no core belief system, no world view to rely on, they flutter with the winds of the latest opinion poll or story from CNN.

“Forward” was the election slogan for Obama 2012. I won’t be surprised if Obamaites are behind the creation of this party. “Forward” is how they distance themselves from the disaster that is Biden.
But the whole point is to try to make it harder for Trump to win in 2024 if he’s the nominee, and to try to pull votes from independents who don’t care for either party.
Yes, it could actually backfire on the Democrats, but a lot can happen between now and 2024.
