A lot of restaurants in my area are already going under. Gas is a necessity for most, high priced served food is not, I guess. People had better prepare, but even that might be getting next to impossible before long given the extended duration of what’s coming imo.

IIRC, officials have banned Natural Gas usage in San Fran.

Lots of restaurants there.

One article said 92% would be out of business—cannot cook on electric.
