This is going to happen all over Central and South America; NAFTA was supposed to usher in (1999-2002 timeframe) a common currency and exodous of Americans throughout the hemisphere. It was believed that Americans would go to these countries and work remotely, or become shop keepers, and live in the most outstanding comfort available in those nations, pulling their standard of living up! As America sees the value of the dollar eventually break even with the “low” countries to the South, they will take their excesive monies South to where it gets them more, while the USA becomes more brown.
No one talks about this today, but as pressure on Americans to live as accustomed too becomes harder, many will make decisions if young and wealthy to move South. It is a win-win for humanity if you are into that sort of thing - of course, let’s hope those that go South do not take their political tenacle’s with them enslaving and consigning those nations to American DNC’ism.

You forgot to specifically mention the rush hour traffic in Mexico City—it can be miles of gridlock—never seen anything like it.
