Victor Bout is a really bad bad guy. For years he and his fleet of airplanes operated throughout Africa and the Middle East. He shipped contraband and arms to some of the worst organizations and individuals in the world. For years he operated out of Sharjah, UAE, and much of the activity in which he was involved was at the behest of Moscow. The trade of a thyroid challenged basketeer and some other clown for Bout is absurd.
