Russians have been arming the rebels and fighting with them since 2014 to gain their own advantages. Notice how they have no problem leveling the homes of the Russian speaking people they claim to be "liberating", and killing them with artillery barrages.
Provide the proof that statement is a reality. They are not leveling their homes at all.
