Odufuwa was previously known to authorities after being arrested for robbing a bank in Wylie, Texas, in 2019. Soooo... why wasn't she in prison?

Well, the DA’s philosophy is:
” it’s important to understand it’s not just about locking up repeat offenders and hardened criminals. It’s also about giving second chances to people who deserve second chances.”
I guess the black DA figured the black bank robber deserved second chances.
