We have had American (boots, advisors, spooks, whatever you want to call them) on the ground and working there since last year or before. We are just fixing to up the number exponentially.

It is a fact, within the past fifty years, that we have had active duty service personal in foreign countries in plain clothes and their Military ID cards left behind in the CONUS. Plausible deniability being what it is.
