The United States “strongly condemned” the attack, with Secretary of State Antony Blinken OK then.
Is Russia supposed to give a hoot about “condemnations” from Blinken after America's supposed “crippling sanctions” on Russia? Blinken can "strongly condemn" all he wants. Russia don't care.
