Individual Chinese aren’t allowed to even leave their neighborhoods without the permission of their CCP neighborhood watch-granny.
To be allowed to buy land overseas would require membership in the CCP as well.
China knows it’s American dollars will soon be worthless so they are exchanging them for hard assets.
Despite that, If I were King of America for a day, I’d evict EVERY Chinese national living in America and make it illegal for a Chinese company to own ANY real estate or be a partner with an American company!

With regard to ownership of American companies and farmland, ALL Chinese owned companies, farmland and real estate should be confiscated and returned to American ownership!

Yep, Mormons. They were buying all around Orlando, but they are selling it off as real estate investments. They first clear the land and add cows, then when the property values go up they sell to investors.
There are also countless Chinese in American corporations.

You are absolutely right. I retired from a major public university position in a math/stats/computer science dept. which was chock full of Chinese students; they are required to spy for China when they come here; they, and the Chinese professors hired by U.S. universities who spy also. We had one prof in our Dept. (they navigate to the sciences to steal our secrets) who was like a ping pong ball bouncing back and forth between Beijing and our Dept., loaded down with stolen scientific info on each trip, I’m sure.
One can only conclude that the official, if not widely known, position of Sloe Joe and The Hoe’s administration is to render America toothless in world politics!
At every moment, they are shown to be Anti-American!
