Deseret is apparently owned and run by Mormons. That's a lot better than the ChiComs, although the animals displaced en mass by regiments of bulldozers probably could care less about that distinction...

Yep, Mormons. They were buying all around Orlando, but they are selling it off as real estate investments. They first clear the land and add cows, then when the property values go up they sell to investors.
