There is someone who recently got suspended. I think Dr. He was sharing a study about Covid or the vaccine. He hired a a lawyer. Twitter unsuspended him.
Months ago it was reported that there is actually a government office with the
function of directing Twitter what to censor and who to ban.
It seems our taxes pay for our own repression through lots of departments like it.

It’s a start maybe.
I think big tech social media should perhaps be regulated like a utility. I’ve never heard of an electric company cutting off someone’s electricity because they didn’t like the person’s political beliefs.
To me, their speech monitors should allow more or less anything, no matter how crazy they might think it is, unless it threatens someone.
Of course the government worked closely with social media to tell it that it had to suppress thoughts that the government doesn’t want you to think and to single out for punishment anybody who dares to think unofficial thoughts.
Not a lawyer but i don’t believe there’s a not guilty verdict in a civil suit. I believe its one more juror than 50% in favor of the plaintiff or defendant
ABC News has a report tonight about a heartwarming story about finding homes for 4,000 Beagles from fear Further Fauci”s puppy mill.
No mention of where the 4,000 dogs were from, or what was done to their parents & siblings.

OTOH, he’s getting up there in age. He’s also had multiple shots and multiple infections of C19 & assorted variants, along w/2 courses of Paxlovid
I know folks 15 years younger, no shots, who had severe C19 and complain they are aware of a cognitive decline.
In today’s meme world, Fauchi’s non-answers and parsing become social media fodder within minutes. All it will take is a sharp interrogator.
