Awkward Media Moment: Say, that Ukranian government is kind of corrupt, isn't it?

In case you missed it over the weekend, Volodymyr Zelensky abruptly fired his nation’s top prosecutor along with the head of Ukraine’s intelligence agency. Several other lower-ranking officials were given the boot as well. Given the lack of any recent news suggesting that these officials had failed to perform their duties, some analysts have been forced to consider the possibility that Zelensky may have had “other motives” for removing them. Perhaps rather than not doing their jobs well enough, they may have been doing them too well. Most of the American media has been endlessly cheerleading for the Ukrainian government and praising the endless flow of cash and weapons to Kyiv from Washington. But now, even the Associated Press has been forced to make note of Ukraine’s history of “rampant corruption and shaky governance.”

People are sick and tired of supporting Ukraines conflict - many were against it to begin with knowing how massively corrupt the gov. and country operate with bribes and whatever. Everyones on the take. Not to mention being a major International ‘washing machine”.

Perhaps Zelensky no longer wants to give the Big guy his 10% and the likes of Kerry and Pelosi’s family members.

From what I have read, a lot of US politicians, the Biden family, the Clintons, Soros, etc. used Ukraine as a money source and laundering operation and to further their leftist agendas.

I bet if we dig deeper, we might find that the corruption is widespread and involves a lot of US citizens and even the US government.

But don't dig too deeply, otherwise you might be threatened with impeachment like Trump. Start poking around and you are going to anger a lot of corrupt US politicians and they will come after you.

A corrupt national government? Say it isn’t so! I’m more concerned about the corruption in our own federal government, though.

And Putin is not?? Or how about Germany, where the former head of state has been an executive of a Russian state energy company pushing more sales of Russian fossil fuels to Germany and funding the Green movement to shut down traditonal energy sources in Germany, and he with all sorts of ties to German industry as well?? Or how about France where so many top companies have the French national government as the top shareholder? You think the sqeeky wheels are not getting greased all over their economies there????

Some say Ukraine is the most corrupt country on earth. It is a center of money laundering for this country. It is a center for child trafficking, drugs, who knows what else. Putin is wiping out the cesspool of world corruption.

Sure, Ukraine is corrupt, so therefore it should be invaded and destroyed by a more corrupt country with no democracy.

Ukraine finally purging the Kherson and Crimea collaborators with Russia. Should have been done long ago.

Those were the criminals who helped perpetuate the impeachment conspiracy. I have great disdain for what the Ukraine Gov did to Trump in an effort to help Democrats hide their crimes.

As soon as this this over the Bidens will be running back to Putin to make deals with him. Amd they are likely making them right now with Putin even as they give token help to Zelensky.

Purge of Kherson and Crimea collaborators that should have been done earlier. Just like Trump should have purged the RINO and RAT and deepstate collaborators as soon as he took office.

“Putin is wiping out the cesspool of world corruption.”

This is like saying that Larry Flynt is wiping out pornography by driving Hugh Heffner out of business.

Medvedchuk ratted out his fellow Russian collaborators. The purge of the Kherson and Crimea collaborators is only the first step. Stay tuned...

I went to Ukraine 3 times about 15 years ago to start up a business there. Every single person I met was on the take.

As I mentioned on other posts - the fact that Zelensky had to fire his best friend from childhood, supposedly because his security service is full of Russian informants, proves to me (once again), and outsider, that this is really a civil war among brother slavs with a common language, history and culture.

Families, friends, former colleagues are all divided by this situation. The West has no business meddling in this - and will ultimately fail, badly, for the same reason.

In particular, the US deep state supported fringe, nationalist elements, mostly from Western Ukraine, to stoke this war.
